Instructions

1. Read the packet.
2. Fill out the Medical Release, Parental Consent, and Medical Information Sheet and Mail them to CEC, 18750 NE 63^rd, Harrah, OK 73045 with a photocopy of your (student's) Social Security Card and one of the following: Driver's License, State Issued ID, Birth Certificate. These will be needed the first day of the program to fill out federal employee verification forms (I-9).
3. Sign and date the student contract and bring it with you to the program.
4. Begin memorizing the canvass. Portions that are not indented are to be memorized before you arrive at the program. Portions that are indented may be learned during the first two days of the program. Students who have memorized all additional information before the summer program begins will be given the complete set of magabooks as a gift from the program.
5. Make arrangements to get to the program. Please communicate with your leadership team to let them know when you will arrive, and whether you need to be picked up at the airport, the bus station, or whether you will drive to the program. Maps and directions to your particular program will be mailed to you along with phone numbers and other contact information particular to the program of the conference you will work with.
